We want you to love your new goodies! Since every item in our shop is made especially for you the moment you order, we don't keep extra stock on hand—so traditional returns aren't usually possible. But don't worry...we've got your back.

If your order arrives with any of these issues:

  • damaged
  • misprinted
  • defective
  • clearly not what you ordered

...please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo and your order number, and we'll happily replace or reship it—no stress, no hassle.

Because everything is made-to-order, we're not able to offer exchanges for things like size, color, or "I changed my mind."
