Shipping policy

Your order is handcrafted by our print partners and then shipped directly to you.

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

• Production usually takes 2-7 business days (sometimes longer during holidays and busy seasons)
• Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
• Items may arrive in separate packages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or time-travel portals

Lost or delayed packages:

• If your package gets stuck, delayed or seems to be taking the scenic route, don't panic! Send us a message at info@starrytomu.com and we'll help sort it out. If the carrier confirms it's lost, we'll work with our print partner to replace or reship your order.
• Note: We can't replace items due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout—please double check your details!
